The wire sleeve is made of extremely hard stainless steel wire 1Cr18Ni9Ti cold-rolled and wound into shape, reducing the torque generated by friction on the screw by 90%. Therefore, a small tightening torque can obtain a large pre tightening torque and screw tension, preventing the screw from loosening. At the same time, using the wire sleeve in high-temperature areas can reduce the thermal stress of the parts and prevent the threaded connection from getting stuck or scratched.
