Structural principle

Through the transmission of the coupling, drive the two groups of gear movement, respectively, the transmission shaft and camshaft rotation, causing the reciprocating movement of the screen and the hammer stroke, the operation is accurate, safe and reliable, so as to achieve the purpose of screening materials.
The basic principle is as follows: the motor drives the transmission spindle to rotate, and through the 16 teeth small helical gear fixed on the spindle and the 81 teeth large helical gear fixed on the transmission shaft, the upper and lower eccentric wheel on the transmission shaft rotates with the vertical shaft, driving the upper and lower connecting rod to make the sieve reciprocate. At the same time, the 14-tooth small helical gear fixed on the transmission shaft drives the 26-tooth helical gear on the camshaft to rotate the camshaft, and the CAM on it makes the top rod lift and push the hammer iron to produce a striking movement. The material is screened and inspected according to the size of the screen under the reciprocating motion of the screen and the hammer stroke.

Usage method
